FWIW, on the Mac side, both my Venmo and Macy's accounts are wonky (I've noted both in separate threads).
Venmo: I was getting the FD-102 error (equivalent to the Windows CC-502 error, I think) for over a month, as were many other Mac users. I had 2 whole days of problem-free issues, but then I started getting an FD-106 error (The accounts found at Venmo don’t match the accounts in Quicken. Let’s fix it by reconnecting your account.). I tried to reconnect, but was rejected. I've reported this on the Mac thread on this whole Venmo snafu.
Macy's: I started getting an FD-102 error beginning 2/8. As of today, that's not working, either. It may or may not be universal across both platforms.

Yes, I've seen that, too. As of today, it's still not working (and it's well past the weekend now). I reported it to Quicken support, though I hope it gets resolved faster than the Venmo issue.

@AZCoder1959 You are correct. Macy's update continues to fail with CC-502.

This problem with Macy's has been going on for 2 weeks. Quicken support seems surprisingly slow to correct it.

My Macy's account is now working again on Quicken Mac.

Ditto. A day without Quicken errors is like a day that should be typical.😑

After weeks of working, Macy's is broken for me again. The how/why is baffling.
Just a note. I already have the community note bookmarked, and I'm aware as of 2/23, this is still an unresolved issue.

Thanks, @Quicken Alyssa. It's working again today, so I guess the fix isn't stable and/or working for other users. Temp hiccups aren't out of the ordinary (and for me, they're tolerable), but hopefully, a long-term solution for those who are still down completely will be coming soon.
