Issues with sync between Web and classic app?
I've been using Quicken for more than a decade. Usually use the desktop app. Recently I logged into the web app, and might have logged into the mobile app, but not entirely sure on that. I probably haven't logged into the web app/mobile app for more than a year.
Today, I ran Update Now and my entire file is jacked. I've got transactions showing from past years as unreconciled, balances are completely off everywhere. I've got transactions that look like transfers but when I try to go to the matching transfer, it tells me it isn't a transfer. I have a Huntington Bank account that doesn't show any activity since 2024. I've had that account literally for decades. Of course, my most recent back up is from 12/22/2025 so I'm going to have to do a ton of transaction approvals to bring this back.
This is happening across multiple banks and multiple accounts.
I am an accountant and a project manager and download, approve and reconcile my accounts once a week or so.
Anyone have any idea what the heck happened here?

The Mobile app is on your phone, while the Web app is a website. Both are known to sometimes screw-up your desktop file.
SO, try restoring from a recent backup and turning OFF EDIT, Preferences, QMobile & Web … at least for a few days to see if that helps.
