Is there a way to produce an investment report of mismatched securities in all my investment accounts?

Sorry, but Nope. Just one at a time when the message first appears after a download.

As @NotACPA says, there is no way to produce a report for all investment accounts. However, if you are asking if you can produce the mismatch again you can do it by opening the investment register then go to Tools > Online Center. Then click on the Holdings tab in the Online Center and then click "Compare to Portfolio…". This will produce the error "report" again (or it will tell you that your portfolio matches the broker).

You can then do this for each investment account to show any mismatches based on your last download.

And as @bmciance say, you need to go to the Online Center to get this. The "Holdings" tab in the account register doesn't have the "Compare …" option.

Or you can display the mismatch dialog for each account by clicking on the gear at the top right of the account and selecting Reconcile shares.

Sadly there is no way to print this other than to save a screen shot.

If you have accepted Placeholders to compensate for the mismatches, they will no longer appear.
