Please how can I link my account with citi Bank account without number?

    I don't quite understand what you're saying. Are you saying that the account doesn't have a number?

    What have you done, so far, to try to connect the account to Q?

    And, it's ill-advised to connect any loan account for download, as ONLY the principal portion of your loan payment will download into the loan account … not any interest amounts.
