Check Pay with Chase

I have reported this long time ago and still waiting for the resolution.

Since September 2025 (It was working before) I use to from the check register select

Pay(Quick Pay/CheckPay) from it normally I use to select CheckPay then a small window will show me the vendors for me to pay I would select one select the a month and date and that would go to my count of FREE checkPays from quicken.

In September in 2025 my account stop working my other account PNC still works. I try ones to activated a micro payments received, and try to activated (Enable) from the account details and I get a message "Could not set up account for Check Pay."

It has been 5 months reported several times and nothing when YOU GOING TO FIX THIS? ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS or we need to be contect to you all's product.

Give me an idea, I am sure I not the only one with this issue, if I am then is something on your system on my account that has to be set and or change.

I go edit payment account indicate Personal, join and nothing the routing number is correct the account is correct ect etc.

I don't know if anyone will see this but if you do please send a message or something.

This is for Windows latest version etc.

    When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download" column next to this account?
