Online Balance and Bank Balance Don't Match [Edited]
First, let me say I have been using Quicken since the days of DOS. Over the past 25 plus years I have called support once. For the last year, this is my 6th call for various issues related to their software. For the past 3 weeks, I have been dealing with Quicken, where the online balance does not match the bank's balance. I am using macOS. When I call we go through the same routine over and over again with no resolution. They blame the bank and will not forward it to the programmers. We did a screen share. I had screenshots of the issue, I had the bank open and Quicken open. I tried to explain to her that I have 2 checking accounts and 1 saving account with the same bank and same login to see all 3. The Savings and 1 checking account matches, 1 checking does not. What does she want me to do? Go through the reconnect process again? Why? We just did that and it doesn't matter, same results. Now other times intermittently during update all 3 accounts do not match.

After reviewing your recent support tickets, I have some follow-up questions for you:
- It appears you are having this issue with First National Bank. Is that correct?
- If not, what bank are you having this issue with?
- How much of a discrepancy are you seeing with the balance on this account?
- Does the online balance in Quicken ever change, or does it stay the same?
- Do you have pending transactions on the bank's website that have not cleared yet?
- Do they equal the amount of the discrepancy you are seeing?

Several things. This is Quicken for MAC. 1) No not FNB, Ameris Bank. 2) The discrepancy varies each day depending on what I spend for that day. 3) It changes daily depending on what I spend. 4) Yes there is sometimes pending transactions that equal the difference. BUT Like I previously stated the other 2 accounts are correct but intermittently incorrect. This started around 3 weeks ago. It has been previously correct for years no matter if there was 1 or 21 pending transactions.
