I don't check into quicken all the time - and didn't realize you had tried to answer my question before you closed the discussion so now I have to start over and to be honest I'm losing patience with Quicken. It works and then it doesn't work and I have to start over. My schedule is so busy - that now I went back into quicken and it's doing the same thing with Capital One again. Here's what I wrote originally. BTW I never received a notice from Quicken that there was a response to my original question.
Hi THERE
I have a Capital One savings account and several Capital One credit cards. They have different logilns but I just updated one and tried to update the cards, and it kept logging me in to the savings account versus the credit card account. I have tried to disconnect and start again, and it keeps logging me into the wrong account.
This has happened before, but it had been fine for a while. Now it's back. My Quicken Classic is updated on my MacBook Pro. I'm using the desktop app. How can I log out so I can update my credit card accounts? It won't let me no matter what I do. It looks like it has the card account as the only choice for Capital One. But like I said, they have two separate logins. Please advise what to do.
