Quicken Paycheck Entry Issues

My scheduled paycheck line items are scrambled when entered creating a correction requirement. The individual line item is correct (Paycheck, Fed Tax, etc.), as are the amounts, but the amounts no longer align with to the correct line item. I've re entered the correct information on the scheduled item list multiple times but they scramble when entered on the entry date causing a uncategorized transaction flag on the home screen. How do I correct this issue? Thanks

    @JohnGW9 there have been quite a few posts on this issue. The cause seems to be corrupted reminders from the Quicken cloud getting synced to your data file, which corrupts the reminders in your file. The current best known solution is to reset your Quicken cloud account. If that doesn’t fix the issue, there are other steps to try.


    Here is a post about the issue from one of the super users who has done extensive troubleshooting on this issue. It is posted under a Quicken on the web category, but covers the Quicken desktop issue as well. 

    Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
