We are currently aware of an issue where customers connecting to Golden 1 Credit Union are receiving an FDP-105 (Mac) or CC-505 (Windows) error.

This issue is occurring in both Quicken Mac and Quicken Windows and may prevent accounts from connecting or updating successfully.

Our teams are actively investigating the issue and working toward a resolution.

    Golden 1 Credit Union notified us that this issue is due to scheduled maintenance.

    This issue remains ongoing, and our teams continue to work toward a solution. According to our scripting team, Golden 1 Credit Union is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

    Users are advised to periodically try reconnecting their accounts. If the issue persists after some time has passed, we recommend reaching out to the Golden 1 Credit Union's technical support team for more information regarding the maintenance.
