UPDATED 3/10/26 Multiple FIs - CC-601/FDP-101

We are aware that various financial institutions are producing a CC-601/FDP-101 error due to a script issue. This has already been escalated for the following banks:

  1. Ameris Bank - GA
  2. Bank of Hawaii
  3. MidFirst
  4. CIT Bank
  5. Everbank
  6. Oriental Bank
  7. Security Service Credit Union
  8. Renasant Bank

Quicken Classic for Windows users will see an error, "We encountered an error while connecting to your bank," in the product.

Quicken Classic for Mac Users will see an error, "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. Care Code FDP-101" in product.

Our teams are actively investigating the cause and working toward a resolution. We will share updates as more information becomes available.
