I am currently having problems with my Amex account not able to update. I deactivated it, and now I cannot reconnect. I get logon on errors, but I can log on directly to AMEX, just not through the Quicken link connection.

After reviewing your connections internally, it looks like you were getting errors earlier today but have since resolved them. Are you still having problems getting reconnected? If so, what error are you seeing on your end?
Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
