Fidelity and Schwab Accounts are not updating when using one step update
Using Win 11 operating system. In the past week, Fidelity and Schwab accounts are not updating. I deactivated and reactivated accounts and also reset accounts. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?
Bank accounts and credit card are not impacted.

A bit more info needed.
Please do TOOLS, Account List. Next to each Fidelity and Schwab account, what's in the
Transaction Download,
Last Download. and
Financial Institution columns? Also, click EDIT next to each of those accounts and tell us what shows as "Tracking Method" for each.
Lastly, check later tonight after the markets close. Do a One Step Update and compare the balances in Q to the balances at the respective websites. Later tonight so that changes in today's quotes don't mess up the compare.
