Trouble with PNC Bank downloaded transactions since most recent update
I have been a windows Quicken user for quite some time. My connection is direct connect with PNC. I typically download daily, but no transactions have come into my register since the end of February. I noticed that Quicken also froze several times this week after the most recent download, which required me to "end task" via the task master. I've validated & repaired the file. I've tried to reset the account, which show successful, but no transactions are appearing. The system also shows my latest download date correctly. Ideas?

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. PNC Direct Connect not downloading is a known issue. For more information, please see this discussion on the issue:
The others reporting the issue are not having problems with Quicken freezing. When did the issue with freezing start? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Is it synced with any cloud service, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?

PNC downloads started failing 3/9/26. Also failed 3/10/26. Reset account 3/10/26 and seems to be working.

Thank you for letting me know you're also seeing this issue. I'm glad to hear it seems to be working now. I checked our internal tools, and it looks like it's working because when you reset the account, you changed the connection method to Express Web Connect.
