I have been a windows Quicken user for quite some time. My connection is direct connect with PNC. I typically download daily, but no transactions have come into my register since the end of February. I noticed that Quicken also froze several times this week after the most recent download, which required me to "end task" via the task master. I've validated & repaired the file. I've tried to reset the account, which show successful, but no transactions are appearing. The system also shows my latest download date correctly. Ideas?
