Quicken ignores and does not download some brokerage transactions

Wells Fargo has define some new brokerage investments in one account as "Other". These are ignored and not downloaded into Quicken.

    What kind of investments are you talking about that get classified as "other." Do these investments have ticker symbols or CUSIP numbers, or are these "other" investments something else, like ounces of physical gold or something?
