I was told that this was escalated to the development team several months ago, but the problem has not been fixed. How do I get them to pay attention?

We're other users, and don't have access to Case or Ticket numbers … so no help can be offered based upon the info you've provided.

Thank you for reaching out! I checked on that ticket number. I can see that it was closed and replaced with a new ticket: CTP-14894. The most recent update I see is that our teams are working with our service provider to resolve the issue.
