Why can't I select historical lots for stock sale?
I have several stocks I've held since the 1990's. I'm doing some sales and Quicken wont let me specify the specific lot(s). All the historical prices are in there. One stock only lists the initial acquisition date as a lot (not the subsequent purchases/reinvestments). Another stock only lists back to 2010 as available lots for sale. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WHY won't Q let you pick the lots?
Are you not getting the "Specify Lots" button in the Sale dialog?

Yes, I am getting the 'Specify Lots' button, but when I click it, it doesn't list all the historical transactions. It does show all the transaction history in the Security Detail View, but that history is not appearing in the 'Specify Lots'.

Are all the individual Buy, Sell, Reinvest, etc. transactions contained within the same investment account register, the one you wish to record the Sale transaction?
