- Which financial institution? (Be specific about which Add Account financial institution because some have multiple options.)
- Type of account(s)?
- Which connection method (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect+, Web Connect)?
- Are there any error codes or messages? If so, what are they?
- When did this issue first start for you?
- Any additional information you think might be helpful into understanding what the issue is that you are experiencing)?
