    Update for what? Please provide more details so others may know how to reply and perhaps provide some assistance:

    • Which financial institution? (Be specific about which Add Account financial institution because some have multiple options.)
    • Type of account(s)?
    • Which connection method (Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect+, Web Connect)?
    • Are there any error codes or messages? If so, what are they?
    • When did this issue first start for you?
    • Any additional information you think might be helpful into understanding what the issue is that you are experiencing)?
