NEW! 3/9/26 PNC Bank - Direct Connect - Accounts not updating, no connection errors
We have received several contacts from customers who are reporting issues updating accounts with PNC Bank – Direct Connect while using the financial institution's Direct Connect option. Customers who are encountering this issue are unable to update accounts with the financial institution; however, they are not receiving any error messages when attempting to update in Quicken.
Our teams are actively investigating the cause and working toward a resolution. We will share updates as more information becomes available.
