I am using Quicken Classic on Windows. I read the earlier post about this problem and downloaded the "fix". Still does not work. I have release R66.23. This is pretty frustrating. Any other recommendations???
What you're describing doesn't sound like a program issue, but rather a corrupted Q data file.
SO, have you tried taking a backup and then Validating your file?
And, what fix are you referencing … because I haven't seen other references to this issue.
Also, are you truly on Q 2017, as your profile states? What RELEASE of Q are you running. Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
