None of my Fidelity IRA or Brokerage accounts are downloading.

When can I expect an update that will fix the broken communications between Quicken Windows Deluxe and Fidelity? None of the work arounds have worked and clicking on Fix-It for error cc-800 everyday has not worked either. I have had this problem for almost a month now.

    When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as your Version and your "Subscription Valid until" date?

    Also, click TOOLS, Account List and tell us what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns across from each of your Fidelity accounts.

    BTW, there's no announced date for any fix until JUST before such is released … and this one is difficult because not all Fidelity customers (me, for example) are experiencing it. So determining the cause might take a while.
