Getting a blank screen when trying to reconnect Voya

Same here. A few weeks ago, I was able to download my Voya transactions, but now Quicken has deactivated the online update. When I try to set it up again, it asks me to sign in to the Voya website to activate it again, and after signing in, I just get a black screen and nothing happens. This is very, very annoying.

- You mentioned this started a few weeks ago. Do you recall when it started?
- Did you see any error messages/codes when the accounts got disconnected?
- Was there anything that happened around the same time, such as restoring a backup?
- Which web browser are you using?
- Have you tried using a different web browser?
- Do you use a VPN, anti-virus, or firewall?
