Rename Payee for transactions downloaded to new account (Quicken Classic Premier Desktop)

Hello,

I just created a new Quicken file for two accounts, and as a result, downloaded a bunch of transactions. A LOT of them weren't assigned categories. Many of the "Payees" included data that makes each transaction unique so I'm having to assign them to a category one at a time. "Memorized Transaction" looks at them as unique transactions so that tool doesn't work. "Renaming rules" only applies to transactions as they are downloaded.

With all that: is there a tool like "Renaming Rules" that would scan downloaded transactions with additional data that confuses these other tools, and assign them to a Category?

    To rename existing transactions use Find & Replace. From the register you can select Ctrl+H.
