How do I delete unwanted locations to save my Quicken file to (Windows) [Edited]

When I make a backup, in the "Back up your file now" window, the "where would you like to put your backup copy" has a drop-down of locations I have used. Some no longer exist (due to reorganization), and I want to declutter the list to avoid confusion. How do I delete unwanted LOCATIONS?

When you first start a backup (CTRL-B) it should populate the target location with the last place that you used.

    Is it not doing that?

OR, are you moving the target to various locations with each backup? And, if so, why?

to NotACPA: yes, the drop down gives the last targets for backup files. I keep backups on my hard drive, and in the cloud for when I travel. one of the targets goes to a directory that i have deleted, so i want to clean up the list and get rid of that entry on the drop down. can't figure out how to do that…
