This is the screen that appears after I select the add account and choose the financial institution. Instead of asking me to sign into the financial institution web site to authorize the account, this is the page that appears in Quicken.
Windows or Mac?
Quicken Classic for Windows running on a Mac using CrossOver.
The graphic in your initial post isn't from QWin. The 3 dots in the upper left corner (to the far left of "Add Account") indicate QMac.
Also, it's so scrambled that it's difficult to determine what's happening.
Please clarify.
I am running Quicken for Windows on a Mac using CrossOver (virtual machine). Quicken has always functioned well. The 3 dots are from the CrossOver interface. The problem arose after the most recent Quicken update.
@weshough Please click HELP, About Quicken and post here that dialog box.
The exact same problem was recently discussed here:
Quicken Classic (Windows) on Crossover Wine: Add Account interface showing gibberish display — Quicken
A possible solution was mentioned. Please give it a try and let us know if that solved the problem. Also please make sure that you've installed Quicken release R 66.28. It's supposed to have fixed a related issue.
