Issues Sending Invoices (Q Mac)

Hi - I am not new to Quicken but just changed over to also using it for my business. I am using Quicken Classic, Business & Personal, Version 8.5.1, MacOS 26.4.

I just completed my first invoice and attempted to send it via the software. There was no indication that it was actually sent, and the client did not receive it.

Additionally, there appears to be no way to add additional recipients (I need to send to AP and cc managers for projects invoiced for approval), and no way to cc myself to ensure it was sent.

From reading these forms it looks like the "send" feature from the mac version is fairly new - but was it really released with so many issues??

Thans!

You need to have Mobile & Web Sync turned on for invoicing to work; you'll find this in Quicken Settings on the Mobile, Web & Alerts tab. I don't know if it tells you that if you try to send an invoice with that turned off.

    I don't know about CC'ing multiple recipients.

@Jon It does now. (I remember it didn't originally.)
