I've been able to download 7 existing accounts with Fidelity for at least one year. However, when I created a new account with Fidelity that account won't add into Quicken. When I try to add the account the following occurs:
It sends me to Fidelity's site where I login
Fidelity then displays a page with an agreement.
I click both check boxes to accept then click next
Fidelity displays a list of all seven of my existing accounts plus the new account
I click the check box for all of the accounts and click next
The Fidelity site then notifies me that it will return to Quicken.
Quicken then displays only the 7 existing accounts and a dialog for all of those linking them to my existing account in Quicken. However, the new account doesn't show up there.
I have tried deactivating online access for all seven existing accounts and retried adding the accounts, but still can only connect to the seven existing accounts.
I tried disabling Quicken's rights on the Fidelity site, deactivating online access in Quicken and attempted to add again, but still only get the seven existing accounts.
Can someone provide any solution to this problem?
