    What Release of Deluxe are you running? This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

    Can you download/import from other Financial Institutions?

    When you click TOOLS, Account List .. what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to your Discover account?

    What precise steps are you doing to get this file to import?

    Q user since February, 1990. DOS Version 4
