Hanscom Federal Credit Union download BROKEN
HFCU recently changed their whole online system. I had to deactivate and relink all my accounts in Quicken, which took several tries to get right. It was fine for a couple of days. Now I cannot download, cannot relink, nothing. It just keeps saying my credentials are not correct. Since I can log into the website and the app, I know that is not true. Please help.

Website credentials, and Q login credentials aren't necessarily the same thing.
Do either your website ID, or password, contain any special characters? If so, which? Some special characters can't be used from Q because they disrupt the communication protocol between Q and the bank.
