Why can't my co owner link Quicken Classic to LifeHub?

Thank you for reaching out! Our help article on household roles states that a Co-Owner should be able to do everything the Owner can, except manage the subscription. However, when I tested, I saw the same issue that you described. The option is available when logged in to my account as the Owner, but not when I log in as the Co-Owner.
I forwarded this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution.

I just heard back from our Quicken LifeHub team. They said this is working as intended. The Owner is the only person who can connect a Quicken file.
If you want Co-Owners to be able to connect a Quicken file, I recommend creating an Idea post to request it. Ideas that get enough votes may be implemented in the future. For information about creating an Idea post, please see the discussion linked below:
