Social Security Deposit glitch

Quicken for Windows, R66.28/27.1.66.28

Both my wife and I receive social security (Started this year). I have bill and income reminders set up for both deposits. They come on the same day because of how our birthdays fall. The amounts are different.

I have both set up for 'auto enter'.

When Quicken enters them in the register, it makes two identical deposits—I do have them going to separate bank accounts, but it enters the same numbers in both locations.

Any suggestions? I'm inclined to take them out of auto entry and doing manual entry to see if that works. This just seems—odd.

I do have the two streams set up as different categories for both income and tax witholding. But, somehow quicken just sees the one and duplicates it.

In the Reminders, make the Payees different - Social Security Me and Social Security Spouse for example.

Does that fix it?
