Correcting Price history

Opened Quicken this morning and I get a green bar correcting price history

Spinning wheel for 12 hours

What is there to do?

    {Ctrl}{Alt}{Delete} (press all keys simultaneously) then select Task Manager and select Quicken Windows and kill the task.

    Maybe try opening Quicken again and if it starts doing it again, something's wrong.

    If you have more than one Quicken data file you might try using File Explorer and navigate to a different Quicken file then click on that file to launch Quicken and if that works then you know something is wrong with that first file, it's not an installation problem so in that case you migh use File Explorer to open a recent backup of that 1st file.
