NetXInvestor
Are you working on the problem with NetXInvestor not downloading any transactions? When I go to their site, and go to Security settings, it says there are none with Quicken. I have been manually updating transactions and that is becomming a pain to do. I hope Quicken can resolve this problem

Thank you for reaching out—I understand how frustrating it can be to manually enter transactions.
The last information we have regarding NetXInvestor is that they discontinued support for online connectivity with Quicken. Because of this, transactions would no longer download into Quicken.
Since this information dates back to 2022 (see this Community Alert), we recommend contacting NetXInvestor directly to confirm whether anything has changed on their end or if they have re-enabled support for third-party connections like Quicken.
If they do confirm that connectivity is supported again, please let us know and we’d be happy to take another look.
