NEW! 4/15/26 Candescent serviced FI's experiencing OL Errors

We are currently aware of an issue affecting certain financial institutions, where users may encounter OL errors (such as OL-297-A) while their service provider undergoes maintenance. The following institutions are known to be impacted:

  • Delta Community Credit Union
  • Clearview FCU
  • Wright-Patt Credit Union
  • Eastman CU BB DC QB

This issue is related to a service provider, Candescent, which is assisting a number of financial institutions with connection upgrades.

If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly and informing them that you are encountering problems with OFX Direct Connect so they can proceed with the appropriate escalation.
