cc-501 Bank of Hawaii

I started receiving the cc-501 error on Bank of Hawaii over 2 years ago. Quicken has never resolved this and I'm more than a little frustrated! How can I get this resolved?

    Error CC-501 typically occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information.

    • Wait about 24 hours and then try again.
    • If the issue persists after that time, please contact Quicken Support. Resolving this may require our agents to review logs to identify the problem and escalate it further.

    Quicken Anja - I've did all of the "Next Steps" a couple of years ago. I called Quicken Support and they never fixed the problem.

    I'm at the point of renewing my subscription . . . again and I am frustrated because I'm paying for a product that does not work. I have to go online separately and reconcile my bank transactions manually - I could do this with the old fashioned check manual check register or an Excel spreadsheet.

    So, unless Quicken can fix this problem, I will soon be a former customer!

    I reviewed your contact with Quicken Support from a couple of years ago. It appears that at the time you called, there was a known connection issue, and they recommended you wait for it to resolve.

    Since the known issue has been resolved and you're still unable to connect, please reach back out to Quicken Support for further assistance. They will likely need to review the logs to track down the source of the issue you're encountering. Quicken Support's contact information can be found through this link here.
