cc-501 Bank of Hawaii
I started receiving the cc-501 error on Bank of Hawaii over 2 years ago. Quicken has never resolved this and I'm more than a little frustrated! How can I get this resolved?

Quicken Anja - I've did all of the "Next Steps" a couple of years ago. I called Quicken Support and they never fixed the problem.
I'm at the point of renewing my subscription . . . again and I am frustrated because I'm paying for a product that does not work. I have to go online separately and reconcile my bank transactions manually - I could do this with the old fashioned check manual check register or an Excel spreadsheet.
So, unless Quicken can fix this problem, I will soon be a former customer!

I reviewed your contact with Quicken Support from a couple of years ago. It appears that at the time you called, there was a known connection issue, and they recommended you wait for it to resolve.
Since the known issue has been resolved and you're still unable to connect, please reach back out to Quicken Support for further assistance.
