I did get a few more transactions downloaded today but nothing beyond 4/6/26. I was told that Quicken support team is working on this and will let us know when resolved but it has been 10 days now!

Please try again to update your transactions and see if the issue is resolved. If everything is working as expected, please let me know so we can confirm the fix is successful for your case.

I did see some pending transactions today. I had already entered the older ones manually. Hopefully I'll see cleared transactions soon

As of today, 4/18/26 still not working for me; Windows Deluxe Version R66.28 Build 27.1.66.28. App states I have most current update
@Quicken Carlos Is that fix you announced earlier in this thread in "limited release"? Because I'm on QWin R66.28 and "Check for Updates" also tells me that I have the "most current".

The fix has already been deployed; this is not tied to a product release. You are currently on the latest version of Quicken for Windows, R66.28.

Nope, an update performed just now failed to download transactions dated as far back as 4/3 that are posted on BarclayBank's website.
Could this be an EWC timing issue? Because WC and EWC are the only connection methods offered.

I am still having problems, no transactions from two accounts with Barclays Delaware have downloaded since April 6. Tried again just now, no luck. Quicken Classic for Mac
I tried multiple times today, but no new transactions for my Barclays CC since April 4th.
However I did get a new transaction dated April 16th from my Barclays savings account.

When I sign in to my Barclay account through my browser it asks me to check a box to prove I am not a robot before it allows me to see my accounts. Could this be hang up causing the problem when trying to get info from Quicken Classic Deluxe Mac version? Barclay indicates they have increased security because of various fraud problems.
Also when I use the other way, a manual upload via a Quicken file type download (.qfx), I get a message: Download Unavailable. This FI is inactive, we cannot connect.

Thank you for the information. The alert for missing transactions was reopened because the issue hasn't been resolved for everyone yet.
The issue with QFX/Web Connect not working was marked resolved. Since you're still seeing the issue, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

Monday morning update on Barclays - Was able to download transactions into a Quicken file format and then import into my Quicken for Mac Classic software with success. The Quicken download directly from Barclays still not working this morning. When I tried the WebConnect file download on Saturday 4/18/26, Quicken would not import it, displaying an error message that WebConnect file download/import was not supported by Barclays.
Still unable to download directly, though the indirect method worked for me this morning (that hadn't worked either for about the last two weeks).

If you would like to contribute to the investigation for the direct download from Barclays, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.
Please include 3 transactions (Date/Payee/Amount) that should have downloaded into your Quicken, but did not (preferably ones that you haven't already imported or manually entered).

All of my outstanding BarclayBank transactions downloaded this morning.
And while I'm having a CC-501 issue with Chase, there's no problem with my 6 Fidelity accounts.

I was able to get AARP credit card downloads using "Barclaycard" for EWC download today as well as pending transactions yesterday!
Saturday, April 25. After several attempts to download transactions from Barclay to Quicken - still no luck. First Barclay rep I spoke with appeared to never have heard of Quicken. Put me on hold a couple times to get some answers, I assume. Still was no help. So I guess the problem continues.
All my transactions from Barclay Credit Card dating back to April 7 downloaded today. Everything appears to be working as of now.
Looks like the Windows version is working. Now on to the Mac version we hope.
