Other investment account shows as 'account not synced' on Quicken Mobile
The cash balance in my Other Investment account is showing on my Mobile app (Quicken Classic Deluxe - Canada) but transactions between that account and my chequing account are not syncing. Is that normal?

Thank you for reaching out! It is normal for investment transactions to not sync, since investment transactions aren't supported in Quicken Mobile and Quicken on the Web. See this FAQ for more information:

Thanks Kristina. I'm still a tad confused, it says transfers are synced, but those are the transactions I'm not able to sync. The account is set up as "other investment", I only use it to keep track of its value, and cash transfers to my chequing account. The account and its current value shows up in the mobile app, but I can't update the transfers to my chequing account. I can see the transfer in my chequing account, but not change it or confirm it. Not a big issue, I can fix it on the web, just curious if I've set something up incorrectly.
