Customers are unable to connect Olympia Credit Union accounts across platforms with the following errors:

  • Windows (DC): OL-297-A – “Unable to establish an internet connection”
  • Mac (DC): OFX (-1200) – “A TLS error caused this secure connection to fail”

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
