Restoring from Quicken Classic Premier to Quicken Business

I have used Quicken Classic Premier and was Treasurer for our Historical Society. I provided a backup file to the new Treasurer that is using Quicken Business. She says she cannot restore from my Classic Premier to her Business. Is this true are what can I do to help her restore? I always thought Quicken would restore from one version to another. Help Please!

The only possible issue preventing such would be the relative age of the products ,,, because Q Premier subscription and Business/Personal subscription use the same file structure.

So what RELEASE of Q are you using and what RELEASE is she using?

If her Release is older, it might not be able to open your newer file
