I am getting error code cc-502 when trying to activate online services. it says"Quicken can't add this account because the EECU-Fresno website is temporarily unavailable". I spoke with EECU-Fresno and they said it's a Quicken issue. I was informed that EECU-Fresno recently changed its domain name so this may be an issue. I also see there was a quicken ticket # 12366840 created to look into this issue.

    Thank you for sharing what you’re experiencing. Yes, this issue is currently being worked on. As noted in the Community Alert, it would be helpful if you could submit your log files along with a screenshot of the error message.

    To send your logs:

    1. Open Quicken
    2. Click Help
    3. Select Report a Problem
    4. Click Send to Quicken
