Allow, create a method to Export / Import Saved Reports > Quicken file to Quicken file

I want the abilty to Export Saved Reports, so that they may be Imported into a new Quicken Data set.

Due to issues with Quicken and Investment account downloading issues, I have created a New Quicken data file. I have successfully Exported many accounts to bring extensive History over; I used the Quicken Transfer Format (QXF) to Export and then Import into the new data set — and all appears fine. How can I transfer over my Saved Reports from one Quicken Data set to another?
Side note: Yes, I know how to export reports to Excel, save reports, etc. This is not that issue
