I use the desktop version of Quicken Classic for Mac about 95% of the time but would use the mobile iOS and web versions more often if the experience could be very similar. Namely I have my preferred date ranges setup in my account registers and sort from oldest to newest. When I sync to the mobile and web versions, I have different filters for dates and sorting there and they never match exactly. For example, I like my checking register to be for the current month and have visible scheduled transactions for the next 12 months. The mobile app defaults to showing history all the way back to 2022 so I have to change that date range down to current month. Then I have to select showing scheduled transactions for the next 12 months but the running balance doesn't show the exact same because of sorting I assume. If I show oldest to newest on the mobile app, the balance is waaaaayyyy off! On the web app version, very similar things there. I have to adjust the filtering for dates, and sort. It wants to always show me time from previous year. Why can't I just set the UI for filtering conditions in one place, and then all of those preferences sync to the other platforms? I'd really like to use a web version that is nearly identical to the desktop.
