I use Quicken Classic Deluxe and want Quicken Deluxe so I can use cloud backup. Have spent several hours trying to accomplish what should be simple.

Site tells me that Quicken Classic Deluxe is not the same as Quicken Deluxe. I cannot upgrade.

    Hi @EllenFR,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Quicken Deluxe is now called Quicken Classic Deluxe. Based on your account, you have this subscription, and your Online Backup feature (purchased today) is now available for use. You can begin saving your backups through Quicken at any time.

If the feature doesn’t appear right away, you may need to refresh your sign-in session:

    • Go to Help > Refresh Sign In
    • Complete the login process

For more details, please refer to this support article: https://info.quicken.com/win/online-backup

If you’re interested in additional features, you may also consider upgrading to a higher tier, such as Quicken Classic Premier or Quicken Classic Business & Personal.

Please feel free to reach out if you have additional questions.

WHAT "site". Please provide the URL. Because either you misread, or it needs correcting.

What you're observing is simply the older vs newer names for the same thing. Which is why there's no "upgrade".
