Depuis peu, je ne peux plus taper de texte dans Quicken avec le clavier secondaire (subalterne) de mon ordinateur. Ce clavier fonctionnait parfaitement auparavant dans Quicken et continue de fonctionner normalement dans les autres applications.

Pourriez‑vous m’indiquer s’il existe une préférence, un réglage ou une option dans Quicken qui pourrait empêcher la saisie avec ce clavier?

I'm not aware of any Quicken setting that addresses keyboard usage.   Quicken relies upon Windows for this.
