This started after subscription renewal. I even downloaded and reinstalled the program, so internet connection is available, but the program isn't recognizing it.
See if your firewall/security needs to be adjusted to let Q thru.
Sometimes, firewall software doesn't recognize new versions of other products as being successors that should inherit the predecessor's abilities.
