Saved reports automatically adds accounts

I have reported this issue before. There was some progress made, but now it has come back with a vengeance. Today, virtually ALL my reports now have accounts added. These reports are ALL useless.
I'm on Win11 R67.7

When you save a report, you will see this at the bottom of the Save Report screen
Make the appropriate selection to lock the report or warn you if accounts have been added since the report was saved.
For existing saved reports, you can open them, review the settings, and save them again to lock them or get the warning going forward.
