Anyone else noticing A LOT of transaction download problems lately?
Seems like starting about a month ago, many major banks and card company downloads aren't working in Quicken. American Express, Chase, Barclay, Fidelity, Bank of America…the list goes on with many reported problems taking well over a month to address, and many still waiting for resolution. These days about half of my transaction downloads don't work with Intuit "working towards a solution". Did something change recently to break so many transaction downloads? Anyone else seeing this?

How can anyone on the user forum possibly answer your questions … with so many different FIs involved, and with the issues happening as different times.
The "different times" factor points, in my mind, to the FIs being equally culpable with Q/Intuit.

I'm curious of anyone else is noticing an increase in issues. I'm disappointed you think that is an unanswerable question, but I think you answered my question given you see so "…so many FIs involved…". Do you perceive this as a normal or unusual number of download issues open these days?

In the last month?
Not that I can see.
And as for the speed of resolution, that has always been slow.
If you expand the timeframe than yes, I can say that, but that is because of the pushing of the financial institutions for using different API (Express Web Connect +) and security tightening up and such.

Yeah, a bunch of accounts (Ally, SoFi, Chase, Citibank, etc.) stopped downloading (or rather it SAYS it downloaded, but nothing shows up) sometime after 4/18/26. Had to manually do an "update now" vs. OSU and then it did download some transactions (a few are still missing a week gap for some reason, so I had to manually enter those). But, to be honest, this is business as usual, in my experience where OSU says it downloads stuff for various FI, but no transactions are actually downloaded and then it randomly starts working again for no apparent reason.
