Rollover features (like available in Windows version) would be EXTREMELY helpful in the mac version. Can you tell me if this feature is on the enhancement list and what priority it has?

The most that you can do is search this forum for an IDEA with that feature to see what the status is.
I assume you're talking about retirement account rollovers. I'm not sure why you'd need a tool for that but I don't see an existing Product Idea thread that's an exact match. Probably the closest one is this:
I'd suggest adding your vote to that one and then adding a comment describing what sort of assistance you want from Quicken when doing a rollover.
Edit: I missed the budget tag, so this is probably not the rollover you're looking for. Envelope budgeting is a planned feature but the schedule for it is unknown, we won;t know until it arrives.
I’m guessing that you mean rollover of unspent budget funds from one month to another? That is a widely acknowledged lacking area for Quicken Classic Mac. There is an idea post for it and it says Planned I believe but of course there is never a timeframe given.
