I used to export transactions and then import them into Quicken. Now I cannot do that, I get the message Quicken is currently unable to verify the financial institution information for this download. If I try Express Web Connect, I get the error message We encountered an error connecting to your bank. I have canceled my renewal with Quicken. I have talked to Quicken and my financial institution, and no help. My financial institution in "Consumer Credit Union" in Tennessee. Any ideas that will help?
