A previously linked IRA account no longer links. Is the only solution to disconnect it?

A previously linked IRA account at Bank of America no longer links.

Quicken asks for a retry (does not work), then eventually asks for updating the credentials.  All other accounts link except for the IRA, even though the account is listed and I give permission for the information to be shared.

This is a new problem (since May 9, 2026).  This behavior also seems broken.

Is the only solution to disconnect the IRA?

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

* Was there anything that triggered this issue, such as having to reauthorize your Bank of America accounts?
* What connection option were you previously using for the account?* Did that connection option get changed?

* If the account is with Merrill Lynch, have you tried connecting it using a Merrill Lynch connection option?
