OL-292-B - Multiple Financial Institutions (Edited)
Any one else having the same experience with Quicken updates failing with American Funds. It worked last Friday. My hunch is work was done last weekend which broke it. I contacted AF and they said the issue was on Quicken's side. Any one else experiencing this issue?

I started encountering this issue this morning. I'm getting the OL-292-B error for 1 account - Fund 07.

I don't have any advice to give, unfortunately, but wanted to reply that I'm also having the exact same problem with all of my Capital Group/American Funds accounts

I'm having the same issue with my American Funds and Janus Funds accounts! For some reason I'm not getting any error codes. The updates says the updates failed!

I recommend uploading the logs via Help > Report a Problem and also sharing the troubleshooting steps you have taken so far, if any.

For users encountering the OL-292-B error with Capital Group – American Funds, our support team has confirmed that this issue is related to the current alert for Capital Group - American Funds.
I recommend monitoring the alert, as it will be updated as soon as new information becomes available.

I'm having the same problem with Lincoln Financial 403b. I did send the error report.

Having the same error OL-292-B with Oakmark Funds.
We've been having connectivity issues with Oakmark and Janus funds since November, 2025.
It started working again, for a while, with the latest Quicken release, but now a lot of Direct Connect financial institutions are having issues. The only direct connect institution I have a problem with is Oakmark Funds, but others on the above referenced discussion (page 7) are seeing issues with multiple DC accounts.

Yes….Back and running with no issues. Had disconnected the Janus accounts three days ago due to the Quicken error code OL-292-B and wasn't able to reconnect the accounts on that day.
Tried this moring to reconnect the accounts again and they seem to be working with no issues. keep our fingers crossed!
